Cassidy and Andrew – Columbia, SC Engagement Session

Cassidy and Andrew’s families have known each other since they were young—Andrew’s older sisters actually coached Cassidy on the summer swim team when she was in elementary school! It wasn’t until her sophomore year and Andrew’s senior year of high school that we really got to know each other. They were on the way to a high school ministry retreat when they struck up on a conversation on the bus. That whole weekend, the two played games together, talked, and connected. About six months later, they started dating! A few months later, Andrew went to the Citadel. They did long distance while Cassidy finished high school and went on to USC. They have done many, many Cola to Charleston weekend trips over the years! They have done long distance for the majority their relationship, so they are both really excited for when Cassidy moves to Charleston when they get married.
