Qing & Ben – Hickory, NC Wedding

Man, this wedding will always hold a special place in my heart. Qing and Ben were originally set to be married on April 18th, 2020. We all learned in the spring of 2020 that our plans can so easily slip through our fingers, and in the end, all that matters is love. Qing and Ben knew they wanted to be married before more quarantines were set in place, so we pushed this beautiful wedding up to March 22, 2020, which just so happened to be mine and Jacob’s 5 year anniversary. So many beloved family and friends weren’t able to make it to their ceremony, but Qing and Ben just couldn’t wait any longer to be married to each other. Since Qing’s family wasn’t able to travel to be there in person for the wedding, Qing shared a beautiful first dance with her mother-in-law. With so many uncertainties facing us during that first week of the pandemic, it was hard to hold it together throughout this wedding. While the world seemed like it was falling apart, Qing and Ben’s wedding showed us that through it all, love still prevails.
